We have no intentions of waking up sleeping arguments. However, we have to accept that terrible sins are not just against God, but can provoke the land to revolt against ones well being. Ruth was in a land that swallowed up her entire family. She had to relocate to see progress. Adam and Eve were vomited out of the Garden because they acted the devils instructions and rejected God. Jericho was said to be beautiful but the land was barren and the waters bitter because it was cursed inJoshua 6:26. It took Elisha to heal the land.( 2 Kings 2: 19-22). A land, a home or any place of habitation could be under a curse, and it will consistently vomit its inhabitants. That means it will be a struggle to make progress in such a place. When that happens, it takes a higher power to reorder the productivity of such a place or a relocation without such help. Most of such places may become strongholds for the devil, so they need a drastic redemption. Well, that is what the empowerment of the salvation and the blood of Jesus does. The missionaries came into Africa, collected evil forests and turn them into schools. Today we are reaping the benefits. Don’t underestimate that because most of them paid heavy prices with the ruling powers of the land, but the blood triumphed over them. When the land is defiled, it can spur out it inhabitants, except the blood triumphs over it.

The Land Can Reject a Person
Defile not ye yourselves in any of these things: for in all these the nations are defiled which I cast out before you: And the land is defiled: therefore I do visit the iniquity thereof upon it, and the land itself vomiteth out her inhabitants….That the land spue not you out also, when ye defile it, as it spued out the nations that were before you.
Leviticus 18:24-25, 28 KJV
