The Introduction To The Kingdom

There are several kinds of governments: Democracy, Mornachy, Oligarchy, Colonialist, Communist or Aristocratic etc. It depends on the parameters for naming. Its just curiosity to find out that God introduced Israel to a divine system that was already existing in heaven: the kingdom, which is divine monarchy. This is how a scholar in De Pree Center puts it: ” … the central message of Jesus was: “the kingdom of God has come near” (Mark 1:15). This kingdom was not a place where God reigns, but rather the reign of God itself – God’s rule, authority, and power. The reign of God, Jesus says, is at hand.” In Luke 17:20-21, Jesus tried to explain that the kingdom was within us and needed our response to it. He came to demonstrate how to operate in that kingdom. To help the people, Samuel wrote the details if the kingdom function in a book. They had never been led by a King on earth before, so they needed to understand the Kings schedules and privileges. Isn’t it surprising that sometimes we may appoint people into church offices without a training or attaching a schedule of duties to them? We just belief that they will pick up on the run.
