The Lord Had Visited His People

Then she arose with her daughters in law, that she might return from the country of Moab: for she had heard in the country of Moab how that the LORD had visited his people in giving them bread.
Ruth 1:6 KJV

Don’t let anyone conclude the matter concerning a child of God. You may be experiencing tough times now but it won’t end there. The problem with some people is that they think a certain aspect of your history defines what you become on life. So you might have failed an exam at a certain age is not a guarantee that you will be a failure. I know a Pastor friend who who failed the final exams of a professional course seven times, but made it in the end. You see, Naomi heard that God was back with his people Israel. God won’t let the enemy strut forever. Help came from God, the same way help is coming for you. It was time to go home. For some people, the trauma of an event may make them to never return….not Naomi. It was time to go back to the Lord. The safest thing to do in life is to go back to the Lord. Luke 15:7 says that there’s celebration over a sinner who returns. When the prodigal knew, there was food in his father’s house, he returned. What’s keeping you from returning? Is it shame? Just know this, the Lord had visited his people. You need to be a part of that.
