Leadership Signals For Competitive Advantage

You need to be conscious that throughout all these times, Mose’s consultant in administration and government, his father in law, is still with them, journeying and showing them the way through the wilderness. You would think they picked their thesis from the book of Numbers. Its worth reading. A wrong cultural practice will put leadership and an entire community at risk. God knew that, and gave them schedules of how to lead and move. Group leaders are appointed, and Moses is learning.
