The Birth of Samson

And the woman bare a son, and called his name Samson: and the child grew, and the LORD blessed him. And the Spirit of the LORD began to move him at times in the camp of Dan between Zorah and Eshtaol.
Judges 13:24‭-‬25 KJV

We are about to learn a lot about Samson. The verse above eliminates the back story of his birth. His birth was announced by an angel to Manoah and his wife. Its so significant that God can take a whole generation just to prepare a single leader. He was prepared to be a Nazarite from birth. Samson’s birth is similar to that of Christ. Jeremiah was called, sanctified and prepared in the womb. So was John the Baptist. You see, what you may currently be experiencing may be related to God’s training for your season of shining. The birth of this single leader unleashed holy anger to the Philistines. That an angel might not have appeared to your parents, doesn’t mean you have no assignment for your generation. Like Samson, the world awaits your manifestation. You need to be sensitive to where the Spirit of God is leading you. Your birth is the announcement of Gods new move against the enemy. There’s a stirring in the inside assuring you that God is with you. As you respond to the stirring, God will do the rest.
